Deltek Ajera overview

You can share your financial data from this integration using the Intelligent upload method. To do so, click the data sharing link you received via email to open the connection flow. Next, select your accounting software from the list. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to run, download, and share reports. We summarized these steps below.

Upload your bills

  1. In Ajera, click Reports in the main menu.
  2. Click Standard Inquiries, then Vendor.
  3. Click Vendor Invoice.
  4. (Optional) Use filters such as date range to limit the results, and add or remove columns as needed.
  5. Click the Export button at the top and choose Microsoft Excel (.xls).
  6. Select where to save the file and give it a name (e.g., Vendor_Invoices.xlsx).
  7. Click Save to download the file.
  8. Upload the file using the link provided to you.

Upload your suppliers (optional)

  1. In Ajera, click Reports in the main menu.
  2. Click Standard Inquiries, then Vendor.
  3. Click Vendor.
  4. You'll see a list of suppliers with contact and setup details.
  5. Click Export and choose Microsoft Excel.
  6. Click Save to download the file.
  7. Upload the file using the link provided to you.

Upload your payments (optional)

  1. In Ajera, click Reports in the main menu.
  2. Click Standard Inquiries, then Vendor.
  3. Click Vendor Payment.
  4. You'll see payment details such as vendor name, date, payment type, and amount.
  5. Click Export and choose Microsoft Excel.
  6. Save the file to your computer.
  7. Upload the file using the link provided to you.
