You can share your financial data from this integration using the Intelligent upload method. To do so, click the data sharing link you received via email to open the connection flow.

Next, select your accounting software from the list. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to run, download, and share reports. We summarized these steps below.

Upload your bills

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV

1. In Lawson Portal, open the Accounts Payable module and select Reports.
2. Choose 'Open Payables Report (AP230)'.
3. Set the Invoice Date From to one year ago and Date To to today, then ensure Released is set to Yes.
4. Click Submit to run the report.
5. When the job completes, open it from Job Status (printer icon) and choose Export → CSV File.
6. Save the file and upload it using the link provided to you.

Upload your suppliers

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV

1. In Lawson Portal, open the Accounts Payable module and select Reports.
2. Choose 'Vendor Listing (AP210)'.
3. Leave filters blank or set Status to Active, then click Submit.
4. Once the job is Complete, open it from Job Status and export it as a CSV file.
5. Save the file and upload it using the link provided to you.

Upload your payments

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV

1. In Lawson Portal, open the Accounts Payable module and select Reports.
2. Choose 'Vendor Payment History (AP270)'.
3. Enter the From Date as one year ago and the To Date as today, then click Submit.
4. After the report finishes, open it from Job Status and export it to CSV.
5. Save the file and upload it using the link provided to you.

Upload your expenses

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV

1. In Lawson Portal, open the Accounts Payable module and select Reports.
2. Choose 'Invoice Distribution History (AP275)'.
3. Set the Distribution Date From to one year ago and To to today, then click Submit.
4. When the job completes, open it from Job Status and export the report to CSV.
5. Save the file and upload it using the link provided to you.
