Summary view of the PeopleSoft connection flow and available support

You can share your financial data from this integration using the Intelligent upload method. To do so, click the data sharing link you received via email to open the connection flow.

Next, select your accounting software from the list. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to run, download, and share reports. We summarized these steps below.

Upload your bills

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. In PeopleSoft, navigate to Main Menu > Accounts Payable > Review Accounts Payable Info > Vouchers > Voucher Inquiry.
  2. Enter your Business Unit (if applicable) and set Accounting Date From to one year ago.
  3. Click Search.
  4. After the results display, click the Download to Excel icon at the top right of the results grid.
  5. Save the file, then upload it using the link provided to you.

Upload your suppliers

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. In PeopleSoft, navigate to Main Menu > Vendors > Vendor Information > Reports > Vendor Listing.
  2. Enter the SetID / Business Unit you want to report on and click Run.
  3. When the process completes, open Report Manager.
  4. In Report Manager, click the Excel output link to download the Vendor Listing.
  5. Upload the file using the link provided to you.

Upload your payments

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. In PeopleSoft, navigate to Main Menu > Accounts Payable > Review Accounts Payable Info > Payments > Payment Inquiry.
  2. Set the Accounting Date From to one year ago and click Search.
  3. Click the Download to Excel icon in the results grid.
  4. Save the file, then upload it using the link provided to you.

Upload your expenses

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. In PeopleSoft, navigate to Main Menu > Accounts Payable > Review Accounts Payable Info > Payments > Payment Inquiry.
  2. In the Search Criteria, set Payment Category to 'Manual' or 'Miscellaneous', and set Accounting Date From to one year ago.
  3. Click Search and wait for the results.
  4. Click the Download to Excel icon to export the data.
  5. Upload the file using the link provided to you.
