Your financial institution has requested to view, create or modify your business's financial data via your Workday account. This is needed to deliver financial services to you. You will follow a secure connection flow to establish a digital link to your Workday account.

Prerequisites

To successfully connect your Workday account, you need to have login details for a user that has full administrator privileges.

Follow these steps to check if your user ID has full administrator access:

  1. In Workday, search and select the Who Are the Members of a Security Group report.

    If you can't access this report, you don't have sufficient privileges and will need to involve a colleague to connect to Workday.

  2. In the Who Are the Members of a Security Group dialog, enter Security Administrator in the Security Group field.

    • If your user ID appears in the Member column, you have the necessary permissions to configure Workday.
    • If your user ID isn't listed, request a member of the Security Administrator group to connect to Workday on your behalf.
