You can share your financial data from this integration using the Intelligent upload method. To do so, click the data sharing link you received via email to open the connection flow.

Next, select your accounting software from the list. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to run, download, and share reports. We summarized these steps below.

Upload your bills

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Accounts Payable → Reports.
  2. Look for a report like AP Invoice Listing, Open Invoices, or AP Detail Report.
  3. Set the filters: leave Vendor/Supplier blank for all, set the Date Range to the last year.
  4. Click Run Report or Generate.
  5. Look for an export option such as Export to Excel or Export to CSV.
  6. Save the file to your computer.
  7. Upload the file using the link provided to you.

Upload your suppliers

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV

  1. From the main menu, go to Accounts Payable → Files → Maintain Suppliers.
  2. A list of all suppliers will appear. Press F9 to generate a supplier listing.
  3. In the report options window, choose Print Master Listing.
  4. Select output as Smart Viewer or Excel.
  5. Set Output Format to Excel.
  6. Click Proceed or Export and save the file.
  7. Upload the file using the link provided to you.

Upload your payments

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV

  1. Go to Accounts Payable → Reports → Payments.
  2. Select a report such as Payment Register or Check Register.
  3. Set the criteria: specify the Date Range (e.g., last year).
  4. Click Run Report or Generate.
  5. Look for an export option such as Export to Excel or Export to CSV.
  6. Save the file to your computer.
  7. Upload the file using the link provided to you.
