You can share your financial data from this integration using the Intelligent upload method. To do so, click the data sharing link you received via email to open the connection flow.

Upload your bills
Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV
- In Sage 200 Professional, open the Purchase Ledger module.
- Select Transactions and open the Purchase Day Book list view.
- Use the date filters to set Date From to one year ago and Date To to today, then click Apply.
- Right-click anywhere in the list and choose Export → All to Excel.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Upload the file using the link provided to you.
Upload your suppliers
Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV
- In Sage 200 Professional, open the Purchase Ledger module.
- Choose Suppliers → Supplier List.
- Right-click the list and select Export → All to Excel.
- Save the file.
- Upload the file using the link provided to you.
Upload your payments
Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV
- In Sage 200 Professional, open the Purchase Ledger module.
- Navigate to Reports → Payments Control → Payments List.
- Set the Date From to one year ago and click Run.
- When the report preview appears, click the Send to Excel button.
- Save the file.
- Upload the file using the link provided to you.
Upload your expenses
Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV
- In Sage 200 Professional, open the Nominal Ledger module.
- Select Enquiries → Transaction Audit Trail List.
- Filter the results to include only your direct-cost nominal codes and set the date range.
- Right-click the list and select Export → All to Excel.
- Save the file.
- Upload the file using the link provided to you.
