You can share your financial data from this integration using the Intelligent upload method. To do so, click the data sharing link you received via email to open the connection flow.

Next, select your accounting software from the list. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to run, download, and share reports. We summarized these steps below.

Upload your bills

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. In Sage 300 CRE, open the Accounts Payable module.
  2. Go to Inquiry > Invoice.
  3. Set filters such as Date range (e.g., last year).
  4. Click OK to display the invoices.
  5. Customize columns to include Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Amount, Vendor ID.
  6. Click Export to Excel or press Alt + X.
  7. Review the exported file and save it.
  8. Upload the file using the link provided to you.

Upload your suppliers

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. In Sage 300 CRE, open the Accounts Payable module.
  2. Go to Inquiry > Vendor.
  3. Set filters such as Vendor range (e.g., all vendors).
  4. Click OK to display the results.
  5. Customize the view to ensure Vendor ID, Name, Address, Contact, and Terms are included.
  6. Click Export to Excel on the toolbar or press Alt + X.
  7. Confirm the file name and save location.
  8. Upload the file using the link provided to you.

Upload your payments

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. In Sage 300 CRE, open the Accounts Payable module.
  2. Go to Inquiry > Check.
  3. Set filters such as Bank, Date range, Vendor ID/Name.
  4. Click OK to view results.
  5. Customize columns to include Check Number, Check Date, Amount, Vendor ID/Name.
  6. Click Export to Excel.
  7. Save the file to your computer.
  8. Upload the file using the link provided to you.

Upload your expenses

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. In Sage 300 CRE, open the Accounts Payable module.
  2. Go to Inquiry > Aged Payables.
  3. Filter by aging periods as needed.
  4. Click OK to display the results.
  5. Click Export to Excel to view balances and overdue amounts.
  6. Save the file to your computer.
  7. Upload the file using the link provided to you.
