You can share your financial data from this integration using the Intelligent upload method. To do so, click the data sharing link you received via email to open the connection flow.

Next, select your accounting software from the list. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to run, download, and share reports. We summarized these steps below.

Upload your bills

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. Log in to SAP Business One.
  2. Navigate to Purchasing → A/P Invoice.
  3. Click the list (Find) icon to view all invoices.
  4. Set filters as needed (e.g., date range).
  5. Click Export → Excel.
  6. Save the file and upload it using the link provided to you.

Upload your suppliers

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. Log in to SAP Business One.
  2. Navigate to Business Partners → Business Partner Master Data.
  3. Set the 'BP Type' filter to 'Vendor'.
  4. Click Export and choose Excel or CSV format.
  5. Save the file and upload it using the link provided to you.

Upload your payments

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. Log in to SAP Business One.
  2. Navigate to Banking → Outgoing Payments.
  3. Click the list icon to view all payments.
  4. Set filters as needed (e.g., payment date).
  5. Click Export → Excel.
  6. Save the file and upload it using the link provided to you.

Upload your expenses

Supported file formats: XLS, XLSX, CSV

  1. Log in to SAP Business One.
  2. Navigate to Financials → Journal Entry.
  3. Click the list icon to view all journal entries.
  4. Apply filters for direct cost accounts if needed.
  5. Click Export → Excel.
  6. Save the file and upload it using the link provided to you.
