Full Administrator access in Sage Intacct

How to confirm your Sage Intacct user has Full Administrator privileges before connecting to Codat.

To connect Sage Intacct to Codat, the user setting up the connection needs Full Administrator privileges. The setup involves enabling a subscription and creating a new Web Services user — both require admin permissions in Sage Intacct.

How do I check my admin privileges?

  1. In Sage Intacct, go to Company > Admin > Users.
  2. Find your user in the list.
  3. Confirm the Admin privileges column shows Full.

What if I'm not a full admin?

You'll need to either:

  • Ask another administrator in your organisation to upgrade your access, or
  • Have an existing full administrator complete the connection setup instead.
